Abstract:
 

Encryption is most effective way to achieve data security. This is done by converting the data into cipher text. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for encrypting Amazigh characters using Braille encoding. The encryption process can be divided into two main sub-processes. First, Unicode characters are embedded into points on elliptic curve and encrypted using ECC technique based matrix. The second sub-process is to use Braille encoding to enhance authentication. In this approach a mixture of point multiplication and Braille representation is used for encrypting the data. In the same way decryption will also be done at receiver’s side by using inverse of encoding process.  This paper describes Java implementation of the proposed approach and then illustrates the working of encryption and decryption process with the help of GUI made in Java Net Beans 7.0.1.
